I adore this moment captured by French photographer Robert Doisneau on the streets of Paris in 1978. One of the original street-style photographers, Doisneau was a master of photojournalism; his images are filled with emotion. And yet when he was 16 he was reportedly so shy he began photographing cobble-stones before shifting his lens towards children, later adults.
